We can connect more deeply with the herbs and ingredients common to Seder plates across the diaspora through exploring their history in Jewish herbalism. This zine contains 24 pages of writing and sources, profiling 10 herbs and foods common to Seder plates from the diaspora, from matza to horseradish, and describing how they show up in Jewish folk traditions, folk medicine, and culture.
